Azenta Life Sciences leak-proof, auto-cap cryogenic vials are ideal for cell culture & biobanking. The screw cap features a co-molded thermally-fused gasket which prevents leaking, slipping & risk of contamination. The gasket is 95kPa certified to provide a leak-proof seal, & the star socket on cap top is compatible with auto-decapping equipment. Each vial is individually barcoded with a unique identifier that can be read with common barcode readers. Not recommended for storage directly in liquid nitrogen, but fit for use in vapor phase LN2.
