General Description

DNA Molecular Weight Marker II, DIG-labeled is a solution in 10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0. This fragment mixture is prepared by cleavage of λDNA with Hind III. The size of the fragment ranges from 0.12 to 23.1 kbp.
