Revvity The Delfia® Enhancement Solution Is An Acidic Chelating Detergent Solution Intended For Use In The Quantitative Determination Of Eu3+/Sm3+ When Using A Time-Resolved Fluoroimmunoassay. The Solution Dissociates Eu3+/Sm3+ From Solid Phase Bound Eu-Labeled Antibodies Or Proteins During A Time Period Of A Few Minutes To Form A Homogeneous And Highly Fluorescent Micellar Chelate Solution. The Solution Allows Highly Sensitive Eu3+/Sm3+ Measurements To Be Made When Using The Time-Resolved Fluorometer. The Delfia® Enhancement Solution Is Also Used As Part Of Tb3+/Dy3+ Measurement Together With Delfia® Enhancer. Because Delfia Trf Chelates Are Not Intrinsically Fluorescent, This Solution (An Acidic Chelating Detergent Solution) Is Added To The Microplate Wells After A Wash Step To Develop The Fluorescence Signal.
