Agilent J&W VF-23ms is a high-polarity and highly substituted cyanopropyl low-bleed phase that enables more accurate analysis of very polar analytes, in particular, fatty acid methyl esters. Enhanced stabilization permits splitless injection, column rinsing, and use of temperatures up to 260 °C. This expands the range of possible applications compared to other 23ms-type phases, by enabling the analysis of higher molecular weight compounds. It is equivalent to G8 and G48.
