Takara PET Express & Purify Kit—His60 (In-Fusion Ready) \20 Purifications

The PET Express & Purify Kit-His60 (In-Fusion Ready) allows you to use In-Fusion cloning technology to express a protein of interest with an N- or C-terminal 6xHN tag inE. coli. The system contains IPTG-inducible, PET-based bacterial expression vectors that have been prelinearized to allow In-Fusion cloning via the included In-Fusion HD Enzyme Premix. These vectors contain a T7/lacpromoter and polyhistidine tag sequence for high-level expression of his-tagged proteins, which can be easily purified with the high-capacity His60 Ni Gravity Columns included in the kit. The kit also contains a control vector that expresses an N-terminal, 6xHN-tagged, GFPuv fusion protein.
