The PET Express & Purify Kit-His60 allows you to express a protein of interest with an N- or C-terminal 6xHN tag inE. coli.The system includes IPTG-inducible, PET-based bacterial expression vectors that contain a T7/lacpromoter and polyhistidine tag sequence for high-level expression of his-tagged proteins. These proteins can be purified with the high-capacity His60 Ni Gravity Columns included in the kit. The kit also contains a control vector that expresses an N-terminal, 6xHN-tagged, GFPuv fusion protein.
