Takara Western BLoT Quant HRP Substrate \100 mL

Takara The Western BLoT Quant HRP Substrate is a horseradish peroxidase (HRP) substrate specially developed for CCD imaging of Western blots. The signal from Western BLoT Quant is linear with respect to protein amount over a broad range of concentrations, allowing full use of the linear range of CCD detection. Western BLoT Quant produces a strong, extremely long-lived signal. These features, in combination with very low background levels, allow for long exposure times to enable the detection of low-abundance proteins. Western BLoT Quant is also compatible with X-ray film detection, although the limited dynamicrange of film will make the resulting data less amenable to quantification.
