PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase (GC-rich, eXcess template,Long amplicons) is our most robust high-fidelity enzyme, engineered from a modified B-family polymerase and equipped with an elongation factor to deliver exceptional processivity. This hot-start polymerase reliably amplifies even the toughest targets, including GC-rich regions, amplification in the presence of excess template that can contribute to nonspecific binding, and long amplicons up to 30 kb. Includes separate tubes of enzyme, optimized buffer, and dNTPs.
