Takara pUC 118 DNA \25 ug

Takara pUC118 is a plasmid vector constructed by inserting a HgiA I (5645) - DraI (5941) fragment containing the intergenic region (IG region) of the M13 phage DNA into the NdeI site of the pUC18 plasmid. Since it has multi-cloning sites in the lacZ region, any DNA inserted into this vector can be easily verified using plates containing IPTG and X-Gal.
