By following the provided protocol and combining Cell Extract and Protein Synthesis Buffer with your target templates, protein expression can be achieved within a few hours. The system supports both clonal and non-clonal DNA templates. Custom formulation guidance is included for expressing proteins with multiple disulfide bonds, promoting correct folding and improved functional yield. Synthesized proteins are compatible with downstream characterization, purification, and functional assays.
