Millipore Detect Tdp Using This Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, Anti-Tdp43 Antibody, Clone 3h8 Validated For Use In Western Blotting & Ihc. - Mill (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
TAR DNA-binding protein 43 (Tdp43) belongs to the hnRNP protein family and plays an important role in transcription, pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA stability and mRNA transport. It is involved in splicing of the apolipoprotein A-II and cystic fibrosis transmembrane gene. This protein is highly expressed in the pancreas, placenta, lung, genital tract and spleen. Mutations in Tdp43 have been associated with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinsons disease and Alzheimers disease.

Storage and Shipping Information
Storage Conditions
Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance. Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
