Takara Cryonase Cold-Active Nuclease is a recombinant endonuclease originating from a psychrophile, Shewanella sp., which is expressed in and purified from E. coli. This enzyme can digest all types of DNA and RNA (single-stranded, double-stranded, linear or circularized), even on ice.
