Takara IFN-gamma GoStix Plus \50 Tests

Takara IFN-γ GoStix Plus employ a lateral flow-based detection method and accompanying smartphone application to enable rapid quantification of human IFN-γ from cell culture supernatant or serum samples in only 10 minutes. Simply apply 20 µl of sample and 80 µl of chase buffer to a GoStix cassette, wait 10 minutes for test and control bands on the cassette to develop, and then scan the cassette using a mobile device running the GoStix Plus app to quantify the amount of IFN-γ present in the sample.
