Revvity Biotin-11-ddATP

Revvity Biotin labeled dideoxyadenosine triphosphate (ddATP) is biologically active and can be incorporated with a variety of DNA polymerases including Taq, Klenow fragment, and Sequenase. It terminates further incorporation and enables identification of the complementary base for applications like DNA sequencing and detection of point mutations. Biotin-labeled products may be detected with streptavidin conjugates. For the highest sensitivity in detection, we recommend using a streptavidin-HRP conjugate with tyramide signal amplification (TSA).
