Revvity This dinitrophenol (DNP) labeled analog of uridine triphosphate (UTP) is used for labeling RNA probes via in vitro transcription with various RNA polymerases. DNP labeled RNA probes are used in a variety of molecular biology applications including in situ hybridization and gene expression microarrays. DNP-labeled products may be detected with anti-DNP antibody conjugates. For the highest sensitivity in detection, we recommend using a anti-DNP-HRP conjugate with tyramide signal amplification (TSA).
