The RNA Clean & Concentrator Magbead kit provides a simple and reliable high-throughput method for the rapid preparation of high-quality, DNA-free (R1082) RNA. This simple procedure is based on the use of magnetic-bead based technology and a unique single-buffer system that allows for recovery of total RNA (> 17 nt) from any RNA sample. The procedure is easy: Add binding buffer and MagBinding Beads to your sample, then bind, wash and elute uLtra-pure RNA. The highly concentrated, purified RNA is suitable for Next-Gen sequencing, RT-qPCR and other downstream applications.
