Purospher® STAR Si endcapped, 5 µM HPLC columns offers highest separation efficiency for normal-phase chromatography of low molecular weight compounds soluble in organic solvents.Purospher^®STAR Si, 5 µM LiChroCART^®250-4.6 is a cartridge column which requires a manuCART^™cartridge column holder part number 1.51486.0001. The manuCART^™can be used to hold one cartridge column with or without direct integration of a 4-4 mm guard column. The recommended guard column is Purospher^®STAR RP-8 endcapped (5 µM) LiChroCART^®4-4 part number 1.50249.0001. LiChroCART^®cartridge columns mounted with a manuCART^™cartridge column holder is hand-tight only and have therefore a maximum pressure stability of 250 bar.
