General Description
Purospher® STAR RP-8 endcapped, 3 µM UHPLC columns are designed for use in UHPLC Applications and instruments providing full UHPLC resolution and high separation efficiency′s at maximum pressure of 1000 bar.Purospher®STAR RP-8 endcapped, 3 µM UHPLC columns allow the separation of basic, neutral, and metal chelating compounds with simple mobile phases and excellent peak symmetry. They are based on ultra-pure fully porous silica particles (Type B). These columns offer an outstanding stability from pH 1.5 to 10.5 over a wide temperature range. Purospher®STAR RP-8 endcapped, 3 µM Hibar®HR 100-2.1 is a ready to use UHPLC column suitable for connection to any UHPLC system providing a pressure stability of 1000 bar.The column dimension of 100 mm length x 2.1 mm I.D. is the optimal choice for fast UHPLC separation of complex samples allowing significant solvent savings and improved sensitivity.
