This method validation kit consists of three XSelect HSS PFP columns packed with three different batches of sorbent. The XSelect HSS PFP column is a low coverage, unendcapped pentafluorophenyl phase that provides exceptional separation of closely related compounds as well as alternate selectivity to traditional alkyl chain columns due to an intricate combination of retention mechanisms. Packed in ultra-low dispersion hardware, 2.5 µm eXtended Performance [XP] columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption.
