The ACQUITY Premier Glycan BEH Amide 130Å, 1.7 µm, 2.1 x 150 mm Columns are designed for HILIC-mode separations of 2-aminobenzamide (2-AB), 2-aminobenzoic acid (2-AA), or Waters RapiFluor-MS (RFMS) (p/n: 176003635) labeled glycans. Each batch of Glycn BEH Amide 130Å, 1.7 µm material is specifically quality control tested with the Waters Glycan Performance Test Standard (p/n: 186006349) to help ensure batch to batch consistency. The column hardware utilizes MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) that reduces unwanted analyte surface interactions and greatly improves peak shape, recovery, and reproducibility.
