The ACQUITY Premier Glycoprotein BEH Amide 300Å, 1.7 µm, 2.1 x 50 mm Columns are designed for the analysis of intact glycoproteins, glycoprotein fragments, and glycopeptides. Each batch of Glycoprotein BEH Amide 300Å, 1.7 µm, material is specifically quality control tested with the Waters Glycoprotein Performance Test Standard (p/n: 186008010) that includes a mixture of Ribonuclease A as well as Ribonulease B glycoforms) to help ensure batch to batch consistency. The column hardware utilizes MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) that reduces unwanted analyte surface interactions and greatly improves peak shape, recovery, and reproducibility.
