Application Walphos SL-W001-2, in the presence of a ruthenium catalyst may be used as a ligand in the following processes: Asymmetric hydrogenation of IPCA-D, a cinnamic acid derivative.[1] Addition of 3,5-difluorophenylketimine to 4-methoxyphenylboronic acid to form the corresponding tertiary substituted cyclic sulfamate derivative with high enantioselctivity.2[2]
