Takara DNA Polymerase I (E.coli) \500 Units

Takara DNA Polymerase I catalyzes the incorporation of nucleotides into double-stranded DNA in a 53 direction. It also possesses a 35 exonuclease (proofreading) activity. The 53 exonuclease activity is useful for labeling DNA by nick translation.
