Lenti-X Packaging Single Shots (96-well, VSV-g) provide an extremely simple and consistent method for high-throughput production of high-titer lentivirus in a 96-well format. The product consists of a lyophilized mixture of Xfect Transfection Reagent combined with optimized ratios of VSV-g-pseudotyped Lenti-X lentiviral packaging plasmids pre-aliquoted in 96-well plates. High-titer lentivirus is produced by simply reconstituting each aliquot with a lentiviral transfer vector plasmid of choice in sterile water and adding the mixtures to 293T cells (e.g., the Lenti-X 293T Cell Line; Cat. # 632180) in a 96-well plate.
