Takara Lenti-X Packaging Single Shots (96-well, VSV-G) provide an extremely simple and consistent method for high-throughput production of high-titer lentivirus in a 96-well format. The product consists of a lyophilized mixture of Xfect Transfection Reagent combined with optimized ratios of VSV-G-pseudotyped Lenti-X lentiviral packaging plasmids pre-aliquoted in 96-well plates.
