Millipore Detect Protein Phosphatase 2 C Α/Β Using This Anti-Protein Phosphatase 2 C Α/Β Antibody Validated For Use In Wb. - Mill (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
PP-2 C α/β is heterodimer located in the mitochondrial matrix. Within the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, PP-2 C α/β serves to catalyze the dephosphorylation and concomitant reactivation of the E1 component’s alpha subunit. Mutations occurring in the PDP1 gene are the cause of a disease known as pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency (PDP deficiency), which leads to neurological dysfunction from lactic acidosis.
