Millipore Detect Pex14 (Peroxisomal Membrane Marker) Using This Anti-Pex14 (Peroxisomal Membrane Marker) Antibody Validated For Use In Western Blotting, Icc. - Mill (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
Peroxisomal membrane protein 14 (PEX14) is a component of the peroxisomal translocation machinery. It interacts with PEX19 and PEX13, and functions as the peroxisomal membrane docking factor for PEX5. The PEX7-PTS2 complex also docks at PEX14 indirectly via PEX5L, the longer isoform of PEX5. Defects in PEX14 result in peroxisome biogenesis disorder complementation group K and Zellweger syndrome.

Storage and Shipping Information
Storage Conditions
Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
