The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL445 recognizes the human CD180 antigen, also known as RP105, which is a 105 kDa type 1 transmembrane protein of the toll-like receptor (TLR) family. The extracellular domain of CD180 is associated with MD-1, which forms the cell surface complex RP105/MD-1. Together with TLR4, it mediates B cell recognition and signaling of LPS.
