The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL501 recognizes mouse CD9, a 24 kDa type IV transmembrane glycoprotein of the tetraspanin family, also known as transmembrane 4 superfamily. CD9 is expressed on marginal zone B cells, B1 cells, plasma cells, eosinophils, as well as on basophils and is up-regulated on activated B and T lymphocytes.
