Fluorochrome-conjugated His antibodies enable direct flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy analyses, while indirect fluorescent labeling of His fusion protein expressing cells is possible with the biotin-conjugated antibody. The monoclonal His antibody specifically recognizes proteins that contain a polyhistidine tag at their N- and C-terminus.
