Miltenyi Biotec Clone REAL169 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD33 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL169 recognizes the human CD33 antigen, a 67 kDa glycoprotein belonging to the sialoadhesin superfamily. The CD33 antigen is highly expressed on human monocytes but weakly on granulocytes and some – but not all – myeloid dendritic cells.
