Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA189 recognizes the mouse CD119 antigen, a 90 kDa single-pass type I membrane protein which is also known as the alpha chain subunit of the IFN-γ receptor 1. Along with the B chain, CD119 is responsible for IFN-γ binding and also involved in signal transduction via STAT1 activation.
