Miltenyi Biotec The monoclonal Anti-c-myc antibody facilitates the fast and convenient detection of c-myc-tagged fusion proteins, expressed in either prokaryotic or eukaryotic cells. The antibody is available conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or fluorochrome- or biotin-conjugated for fast and convenient analysis of c-myc-tagged fusion proteins. Conjugation of the Anti-c-myc antibody to HRP simplifies Western blot or ELISA analysis as the incubation with secondary antibodies becomes dispensable. After incubation the Anti-c-myc-HRP antibody can be directly detected using commercially available chemiluminescent reagents. | The monoclonal Anti-c-myc antibody specifically recognizes proteins that are tagged with the c-myc epitope (EQKLISEEDL).
