Miltenyi Biotec Clone REAL451 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Ly-6C antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL451 recognizes the mouse Ly-6C antigen, which is a 14–17 kDa GPI-linked cell surface antigen that belongs to the Ly-6 family of murine surface glycoproteins. It is expressed on monocytes in the bone marrow and shortly after their migration into the circulation.
