Miltenyi Biotec Clone REAL368 is an antibody fragment derived from the full TCR VB11 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL368 recognizes the human VB11 T cell receptor (TCR VB11). The TCR is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable a and B chains expressed as part of a complex with the invariant CD3 chain molecules.
