The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL642 recognizes the human S100A9 calcium- and zinc-binding protein, a S100 family member, which is also known as MRP14 (migration inhibitory factor-related protein 14) or calgranulin B. S100A9 is expressed in a wide range of cells but it is predominantly expressed in myeloid cells. S100A9 plays a crucial role in the regulation of inflammatory processes and immune response.
