Miltenyi Biotec Clone REA768 recognizes the human CD158d antigen, a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIR) family, expressed by natural killer (NK) cells and subsets of CD8+ T cells. KIRs recognize polymorphic human HLA class I molecules and have inhibitory and activation functions.
