Takara NucleoMag DNA FFPE \4 x 96 Preps

Takara NucleoMag DNA FFPE kits employ superparamagnetic beads to enable high-throughput DNA purification from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples using manual or automated processing. The kits can be used to process fresh or archived samples and are compatible with inputs of 5 mg of tissue and 15 mg of paraffin. Purified DNA fragments typically range in size from 50 bp–5 kbp and are eluted in volumes>25ul.
