The NucleoMag 384 Plant kit allows for high-throughput isolation of genomic DNA from up to 384 samples in parallel, employing a magnetic bead-based method that can be automated on common liquid-handling platforms. The kit enables processing of a wide array of plant species and tissue types and is designed to accommodate up to 30 mg of sample material per prep. Following elution under low-salt conditions, isolated genomic DNA is ready for downstream applications such as NGS, qPCR, blotting, or enzymatic reactions.
