High-integrity DNA from whole blood using NucleoMag Blood 200 µL.DNA from human blood (24 individual donors) was extracted. Each sample was extracted in duplicate. The figure shows DNA on a 0.7 % (w/v) TAE agarose gel (ethidium bromide stain). The size standard is λHindIII. The gDNA migrates as a distinct band with a molecular weight >23.5 kb representing the high-integrity of DNA.

DNA isolation from 200 µl of human whole blood samples using NucleoMag Blood 200 µL.Samples were taken from six different donors (#1–#6). Sample aliquots from each donor were purified either from fresh samples or after storage at –20°C for one day. The extraction was carried out 8 times per sample. The value given is the median of all 8 extractions. Highly reproducible yields were obtained from fresh or frozen blood samples.
