General Description

Vials are used basically to inject samples from an autosampler and the autosampler needle pierces through the cap during injection and withdraws the required aliquots of the sample from the vials. Screw top vials are used on many autosamplers with a large opening of 6 mm. Amber glass helps in preventing sensitive samples under investigation from exposure to UV light. The threads on the larger opening vials are 10-425. Includes a black polypropylene hole cap and a PTFE/silicone septum, suitable for use with most organic solvents (until pierced) and not recommended for use with chlorosilanes.
