AG Scientific Nutrient Agar, 500 g

For cultivating a variety of non-fastidious organisms.

Preparation: Dissolve 23 g in one liter distilled water. Heat solution to boiling with continuous stirring for one minute. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Mix medium with gentle agitation to avoid bubbles prior to pouring plates. Store at room temperature.

• Pancreatic Digest of Gelatin: 5 g/L
• Agar: 15 g/L
