Takara DNA Blunting Kit \20 Rxns

Takara The DNA Blunting Kit allows the conversion of 3 and 5 overhangs to blunt ends. This conversion is accomplished by the 35 exonuclease and 53 polymerase activities of T4 DNA Polymerase. The resulting blunt-ended DNA can be ligated efficiently into a vector using the same optimized buffer system used in Takaras DNA Ligation Kits, then used directly in bacterial transformation or in vitro packaging procedures without DNA purification. - TAKBGN (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
