Meet the EXP Ti-REX Fittings, a new, versatile approach to UHPLC connections for any 10-32 port. Utilizing bottom-of-the-port PEEK sealing, combined with EXP Titanium Hybrid Ferrule technology, the Ti-REX family offers robust, leak-free cost cost-efficient solutions. The patented inverted geometric design firmly compresses the PEEK sleeve of the PEEKsil or fused silica tubing against the tube stop of any instrument port, creating a true zero-dead-volume (ZDV) connection without fracturing the fused silica. Ti-REX Fittings can be purchased with a 0.5μm frit embedded in the tip to create an integral filter or capillary column end-fitting for standard 1/16” tubing ports.
