Corning® IL-3 Culture Supplement, mouse, 25 mL, is used to culture a variety of IL-3 responsive cells, e.g., mast cells, basophils, natural killer cells, and several hematopoietic precursor cells, 1/pack. These cytokines have been used to promote long-term proliferation in cell culture and to induce cell-mediated immune responses in a variety of cell types.
