Corning® Cell Recovery Solution, 500 mL, enables the recovery of cells cultured on Corning® Matrigel® Basement Membrane Matrix for subsequent biochemical analyses.
Quality
- Tested for ability to depolymerize a 1mm thick layer of gelled Matrigel Matrix after one hour at 2° to 8°C
- Filtered (0.2 µM membrane) and tested for bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma
Preparation and Storage
Stable for at least three months at 2° to 8°C.
