Agilent Technologies Activated Allophycocyanin, 5 mg (formerly Prozyme). GT5 APC (Spirulina platensis) crosslinked and then activated with SMCC (succinimidyl 4-[N-maleimidomethyl]-cyclohexane-1-carboxylate). After a buffer exchange step, the product is filtered using a 0.45 µM membrane and stored in a sterile container. Activated APC can be easily conjugated to antibodies and other proteins by conventional protein crosslinking techniques without altering its spectral characteristics. - 9P
