Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Aggregate DAP12, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human DAP12 Aggregate Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP1 cells were seeded at 600K/mL in 10% FBS containing media and treated with 35 ng/mL TGFβ for 20 hours. Cells were then washed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA, adjusted to 4 x 10⁶ cells/mL and treated with 5 μM TREM2 Activator for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed with SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
