Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-DAP12 (Tyr91), Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human p-DAP12 (Tyr91) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP1 cells were seeded at 400K/mL and grown overnight in T175 flasks in medium containing 10% FBS. Cells were washed in HBSS and treated with 0.25 mm Pervanadate for 1 hour. Cells were lysed in SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final cell concentration of 5 x 10⁶ cells/mL.
