This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total Nrf2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were then treated with 10 μM MG132 and 2 μM PMA for 18 hours and lysed in 3 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
