Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total TREM2/DAP12 Complex, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human TREM2/DAP12 Complex Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP1 cells were seeded at 400K/mL and grown overnight in T175 flasks in medium containing 10% FBS. Cells were washed in HBSS and lysed in SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final concentration of 10 x 10⁶ cells/mL.
